Palace of Bijoux Return Policy

At Palace of Bijoux, we take great pride in offering you the finest selection of exquisite jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we offer the following return policy:

30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

  1. You may return any unused and undamaged jewelry item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. 
  2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at palaceofbijoux@gmail.com or call 540-423-7868 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  3. Please ensure that the jewelry is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  4. Package the item securely, including the original receipt, RAN, and any certificates of authenticity if applicable.

  5. Ship the package to the following address:

  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Store Credit After 30 Days up to 60 Days:

  1. If you wish to return your jewelry after 30 days but within 60 days from the date of purchase, we offer store credit instead of a refund.
  2. Follow the same procedure as outlined above to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Return the item in its original condition with all tags and packaging along with the RAN and any certificates of authenticity if applicable.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit to your Palace of Bijoux account within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions and Notes:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed for jewelry that shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
  • Palace of Bijoux reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
